Throughout her career, she has collaborated with notable figures such as President Jimmy Carter, Jimmy Stewart, Martha Stewart, George F. Will, and Og Mandino.

In 2010, Karen founded Hybrid Global Publishing, where she helps entrepreneurs, speakers, and coaches write, publish, distribute, and promote their books to grow their businesses and expand their influence.
